Chapa does not calculate, collect, or remit tax on behalf of merchants. The merchant (or customer, depending on business model) is responsible for handling tax compliance, including VAT, withholding, and any other legally required taxes. 

Chapa only provides: Account statements and transaction reports as per the request of the merchant.
