To fund the account, follow these steps:
Deposit money into our official bank account (details available from our finance team). Log in to your Chapa Dashboard. Navigate to the "Balance" section and click "Fund Account." Choose one of the following options: Online Deposit: Use wallet options to fund your account. Offline Deposit: Enter the reference number from your bank receipt in the "Fund Account" section on your dashboard. If the option isn’t available, contact our support team. Once submitted, our settlement team will process your request promptly.
