How to Use Business Management

The Business Management feature allows you to manage multiple businesses under one account,  making it easier to monitor performance, handle settlements, and view analytics without switching logins.

This feature is designed for merchants who operate more than one business and want centralized visibility and control.

 Access and Roles

• Owners can give access to Business Admins to help manage individual businesses.
   
• Business Admins can control business operations,  including settlements, analytics, and business settings.
   
• However, Business Admins cannot manage users or assign roles.
   
• Both Owners and Business Admins can switch between businesses and access analytics and settlement controls.
   

 Steps to Use Business Management

1. Log in to your Business Dashboard.
    
2. Navigate to the Business Management section.
    
3. You’ll see a list of all businesses linked to your account.
    
4. Select a business to:
    
   • View performance and analytics
      
   • Enable or disable Auto-Settlement
      
   • Switch between businesses seamlessly
      
5. To view insights, open the Analytics tab and use filters by year, month, or day for detailed data views.
