1. Log In and Access Your Dashboard Log in to your account and open your dashboard. From the left-side menu, select “Transactions.” 2. Search for the Transaction Use the Transaction ID or Phone Number to locate the specific transaction you wish to refund. Click on the transaction to view its details. 3. Initiate the Refund Click the “Refund” button located at the top right of the page. 4. Confirm the Refund Confirm the action by clicking “Refund” again. Once confirmed, the refund will be initiated immediately and will be settled within 24 hours.
