Chapa provides users with three customized dashboards: Classic, Adaptive, and Advance. 

The Classic Dashboard serves as the core view, featuring essential tabs for managing daily operations. These tabs include the Overview (for a quick visual of daily activities), Transactions (to track all deposits), Balance (to see ledger and available funds), Withdrawal (which tracks both merchant and customer withdrawals and enables sending funds to multiple accounts), Account Funds (displaying total funds earned), and the Customer tab (to view customer activities). 

The Adaptive Dashboard features dynamic functionality that adjusts based on the business type, allowing the view to adapt specifically to the user's commercial needs.

The Advance Dashboard builds upon the Classic, incorporating all its features while adding powerful, specialized functions. Key additions include the Refunds section (displaying all initiated refunds), Payment Tools (used to create payment links, QR codes, donation links, and event links), and Advanced Functions such as B2B Transfer, Swap, Subaccounts, and Radar, which unlock many other specialized features.
