Chapa now allows you to fully customize your payment receipts to match your brand. This helps you present a more professional image, increase customer trust, and ensure your receipts reflect your business identity.
You can easily upload your logo and choose your preferred colors directly from your dashboard.
 

Steps to Customize Your Receipt

1. Log in to your Chapa Dashboard.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Select Account Settings.

4. find Customize Receipt.

5. Upload your business logo to display it on your receipts.

6. Choose your Primary Color (main theme color).

7. Choose your Secondary Color (accent color).

8.               8, Review the preview and confirm your design.

9. Save your changes.

Your customized receipt will now be used for all future transactions.
