Chapa now enables instant money transfers between businesses that are onboarded on Chapa. If both the sender and receiver are onboarded on Chapa as merchants, funds move directly within Chapa’s system. This feature streamlines your operations and offers more flexibility, especially when you work with other partners who are also onboarded on Chapa. You can take a scenario where Business A is onboarded on Chapa and Business B is also onboarded. In this case, Business A can transfer money to Business B (or vice versa) instantly, all within Chapa’s secure network, without involving their bank accounts.

 2. What are the steps to make an internal B2B transfer between two businesses on Chapa?

 1. On your dashboard, click More at the bottom right of the screen.

 2. Select B2B Transfers.

 3. Click Make a Transfer.

 4. Enter the amount, merchant ID, and any additional notes.(you can find the merchant ID at the top right of your dashboard.)

 5. Click Submit to complete your transfer request.
