What is the "Fund Account" option in the Balance section, and how does it work?

The "Fund Account" option allows merchants to add funds to their Chapa balance. To fund your account, follow these steps:

1. Make a deposit into Chapa’s official bank account (contact our finance team for details).

2. Log in to your Chapa Dashboard.

3. Go to the "Balance" section and click "Fund Account."

4. Select a funding method:

o Online Deposit – Use wallet options to add funds.

o Offline Deposit – Enter the reference number from your bank receipt in the "Fund Account" section.

5. Submit the request, and our settlement team will process it promptly.
